Dr. Yaser Abunnasr is Associate Dean, Department Head and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Science in the American University of Beirut. Dr. Abunnasr research and teaching centers around sustainable resilient planning and development of land resources and natural systems in cities and rural areas with a special focus on climate adaptation. He is the co-author of “Planning for Climate Change: A Reader in Green infrastructure and Sustainable Design for Resilient Cities”. Dr. Abunnasr lectures and consults locally, regionally and internationally.
