Wafa is CEO of Tinol Paints founded in 1956.

She co-Chairs Kulluna Irada, chairs the AMIDEAST/Lebanon Board, and is VP of President Bechara El Khoury Association for Democratic Practice.

Wafa sits on the boards Embrace, the Beiteddine Festival, the Lebanese Red Cross, and Mission Joy.

In 2012, she was selected as Personality of the Year in the Industry Sector. She was the first woman President of the Worldwide Alumni Association of the American University of Beirut.
